• Your User Name
• Your Telephone number
• Your Email address
• Which Game is affected? (i.e. Bingo or a specific Mini-Game)
• Game Play ID (if known and if the problem relates to a specific game)
• The Time of the problem
• A description of the problem (detailing a specific prize, bet/win/deposit amount etc.)

This information will help us deal with your enquiries much faster.
